چلیں شکر ہے کہ ہم اس بات پر تو متفق ہو گئے کہ گستاخ کی سزا موت ہے۔
اب مسلہ اس کی امپلیمینٹیشن کا ہے۔ تو جناب اس کی زمہ داری تو ریاست کی ہے۔ ریاست کمزور ہے۔ ماضی میں ہم دیکھ چکے ہیں کہ گناہ گار بچ نکلتے ہیں۔ یہاں تک کہ ماضی میں توہین رسالت کے ملزموں کو حکومتی سرپرستی میں بیرون ملک فرار کروانے پرایسا رد عمل آتا ہے۔مسلمان رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے فدائیت کی حد تک محبت کرتے ہیں۔ اور یہ ایک عام تاثر ہے کہ گستاخی کے معاملے پر ریاست ناکام ہو جاتی ہے۔ ریاست کی ناکامی کی صورت میں لوگ یہ کام خود کرتے ہے۔ جب لوگ خود کرتے ہیں تو پروسیجر فالو نہیں ہوتا۔ دس لوگوں کو سزا دئیں تو دو تین معصوم بھی اس کے نرغے میں آ جاتے ہیں۔ جیسے کہ کچھ سال پہلے کراچی میں تین ڈاکوں کو قتل کیا گیا کیوں کہ لوگوں کو پتہ تھا کہ پولیس نے چھوڑ دینا ہے۔ بعد میں معلوم ہوا کہ تین میں سے دو تو ڈاکو تھے مگر ایک ڈیٹ مارنے ک لیے بلنڈگ میں گھسا ہوا تھا۔ اور وہ بھی لوگوں کے ہاتھ مارا گیا۔ تو درحقیقت یہ ریاست کی ناکامی ہے۔ ریاست کو چاہیے کہ اپنے لوگوں میں اتنا یقین پیدا کرے کہ کوئی قانون اپنے ہاتھ میں نا لے۔

Like everyone knows by now I am no fan of any of these moulvies, but I give credit to Mirza for at the very least exposing all these bhaand made up sects and their bhaand molvies and so called bazurgs babas as well as denouncing all sects. So for this I do laud him.

Outside of this he is just another typical moulvi and actually more extreme and conservative than others.

brother simple point....mirza saab always talk about "ilmi kitaabi".... he was so high about the book written by zahoor ahmed faizi and he was recommending that book to all his followers.... please watch that munazra, you will find out yourself what happens to zahoor faizi saab, what happens to his references and what real ilmi kitaabi means...
