کراچی(پبلک نیوز) جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ جنوبی کی عدالت میں سابق صوبائی وزیر شرجیل میمن کے خلاف شراب برآمدگی کیس کی سماعت ہوئی. جس میں شرجیل انعام میمن سمیت گواہ و دیگر عدالت میں پیش ہوئے.

سرکار کی جانب سے پراسیکوٹر عبدالرحمن نے کیس کی پیروی کی. کیس میں گواہ سابق ڈائریکٹر کیمیکل ایگزمینیر اور مدعی نے اپنا بیان ریکارڈ کرادیا.

سابق ڈائریکٹر کیمیکل ایگزمینیر نے اپنے بیان میں کہاہمیں معائنے کیلئے دو بوتلیں دی گئی تھیں. گواہ کا کہنا تھا کہ ایک بوتل میں اولیو آئل تھا جبکہ دوسری میں شہد تھا.

اس دوران مدعی مقدمہ اسسٹنٹ جیل سپرنٹینڈنٹ کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم نے کارروائی کے دوران دو بوتلیں تحویل میں لیں، بوتلوں کے چیک اپ کیلئے لیبارٹری بھیج دیے تھے،

پراسیکوٹر عبدالرحمن تھہیم کی جانب سے مدعی مقدمہ کو تیاری کروانے کے باوجود تسلی بخش بیان نہ دے سکا. عدالت نے آئندہ سماعت پر دیگر گواہوں کو طلب کرلیا. عدالت نے کیس کی مزید سماعت 17 اگست تک ملتوی کردی.

In recent history a convicted bought a air ticket in advance and then went to court believing will get justice and court didn't shatter belief of this innocent criminal and dispensed justice in less than 24 hours. Can you provide example of speedy justice from any other country? Alhamdu Lillah currently we are at 120/128 in ranking but very soon will be 128/128 because our judges are Muslim and on top the best human beings as belongs to Pakistan.
In terms of this thread, look positive that despite this case was initiated on the instructions of CJ SCP but still our justice system is working hard to give justice to most honest and innocent politician who is also a Pakistani Muslim and above all from Sindh, where Bhutto is still alive and in order to keep him alive a Zardari was named Bhutto.
No Doubt we are the best Muslim and most honest people on the face of this planet named earth.
