TA greatest FITNA we're living where peoples manipulate news to its own benefits. He just mention the names not the real reason for decision.
Nasla Tower has other issues as well which was main reason, the community around it oppose the building and the area is declared old master plan as a non-commercial.

First, I said the project was approved and constructed before IK became PM. In other words, the project was approved and constructed before PTI government.
Second, CDA de-sealed it after receiving payment from the builder in accordance with SC's directions.
Last, the real question is under which government was this illegal project approved and the builder allowed to construct?

It was regularised during IK period, Nawaz Sharif government stopped its construction as it was not according to law. Imran Khan changed CDA lawyer who was apposing its regularisation.
The legal advisor of the CDA, Kashif Malik has been sent on forced leave, compelling him to resign from his position since he was, reportedly, under pressure on regularisation of Bani Gala and One Constitution Avenue.

As long as IK keeps Syed Mehdis son as Chairman CDA we are going to see more and more cases like this in the future. Syed Mehdi is Nawaz's guy and the father in law of ECP chairman. The chairman is collecting money hand over fist and is threatening business people by saying that he is the blue eyed boy of IK since he regularised Banigala which is wrong. IK should sack him before there are more problems.

Also, let me add that Banigala regularisation is not that big a deal since its made on 300 plus kanals. A little extra construction does not harm anyone or the environment. If chak shahzad farms can be regularised so can Banigala. But this snake that is sitting at CDA will come and bite PTI and family.
