پاکستان میں جب تک لوگوں کی سوچ نہیں بدلے گی قانون میں ترمیم ممکن ہیں اور یہ شاید آئندہ دو سو سال میں ممکن ہو کہ لوگوں کی سوچ بدل جائے. جب سوچ بدل جائیگی تو قانون کا غلط استمعال بھی رک جائیگا. اصل مسئلہ مولوی کا اشتعال دلانا نہیں بلکہ قتل کہ بعد عام لوگوں کا خلاف قانون قتل کرنے والے قاتل پر پھول نچھاور کرنا اور اسکو اپنا پیشوا ماننا ہے. فلحال تو قانون بدلنا کسی بھی آمر یا سیاسی جماعت کہ لئے ممکن نہیں

لوگوں کو کام پر لگاؤ یا سکول بھیجو۔

Wow, PM is controversial because he is the one claiming to make PAK Riyasat-e-Madina. But can’t implement a simple law where killer will be punished and would provide prompt punishment. For me its not easy to find one Molvi in Pakistan who is talking about real Islam? Most of the people who are calling themselves Movli are disguised as a religious leaders.

میں آپ کی بات سے متفق ہوں کہ عوامی مزاج کی وجہ سے فی الوقت اس قانون میں ترمیم ممکن نہیں۔ ہاں مگر اس کا زور کم کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ معاشرے میں جتنا "گستاخی، گستاخی" کا شور مچایا جائے گا، اتنا ہی "گستاخی" کے نام پر قتل و غارت گری زیادہ ہوگی۔ موجودہ وزیراعظم نے اس معاملے کو مزید ہوا دی ہے اور اپنی سیاست کیلئے ریاستی سطح پر "گستاخی" کا شور مچایا ہے، دنیا بھر کے ممالک کو خط لکھے، فیس بک کو خط لکھا اور جس بات کو دبانا چاہئے تھا، اس کو مزید اچھالا۔ نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ اب ہر دوسرے روز کوئی نہ کوئی کسی کی جان کو آیا ہوتا ہے۔۔

اس بات کو تسلیم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ توہین رسالت / توہین اسلام کی سزا اسلام میں موت درج ہے اور اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ عیسائیت کی طرح اسلام کا احیاء / ریفارمیشن / رینے سینس کی جائے۔ اسلام سے ایسا وحشیانہ مواد نکال دیا جائے یا پھر اس کی تشریحِ نو کی جائے، وگرنہ پوری دنیا بتدریج مسلمانوں کو آئسولیٹ کردے گی کہ یہ ہمارے ساتھ رہنے کے قابل نہیں۔۔​
