The bench chaired by Atta Bandail is abolished after they gave the verdict in the case which was initiated by Faiz Esa. They had asked FBR to probe Faez Issa’s wife. Subsequently, FBR has also concluded it’s investigation and forwarded the report to SJC. Now SJC has to give its final verdict.

اپیل کے باوجود بینچ نے ایف بی آر کو اپنی انوسٹیگیشن مکمل کرنے سے نہیں روکا تھا۔ دوسرا یہ کہ یہ اپیل بھی وہی بینچ سن سکتا ہے جس نے پہلے وہ کیس سنا تھا، کیونکہ وہ فل کورٹ بینچ تھا۔ اپیل کے بینچ میں ججوں کی تعداد پچھلے بینچ کے برابر یا زیادہ ہونی چاہیے

SJC has yet to review the report by FBR and give their verdict whether he was was involved in misappropriation. SJC can still sack him based on those findings.
