In a sense its a good news that people are enthusiastic about vote. But its an alarming situation as well. As some don't know where's there polling station is and will not be able to find out about it. resulting low turnout.

I don't think it will cause low turn out at many people send and sms to 8300 just for the reason of comfort. But if 8300 doesn't work then they go out and can find their polling station by asking a person or 2, so its not that difficult to find your polling station but just for comfort sake people use the help of 8300.
