سپریم کورٹ سے پنجاب حکومت کو بڑا ریلیف مل گیا۔۔ راوی اربن منصوبہ کالعدم قراردینے کا فیصلہ معطل

تفصیلات کے مطابق سپریم کورٹ نے راوی اربن ڈویلپمنٹ منصوبہ کالعدم قرار دینے کا فیصلہ معطل کر دیا عدالت نے پنجاب حکومت کو راوی اربن منصوبہ پر کام جاری رکھنے کی اجازت دیدی۔

آج سپریم کورٹ میں پنجاب حکومت کی اپیل کی سماعت ہوئ تو سپریم کورٹ نے پنجاب حکومت کی اپیل سماعت کے لیے منظور کرلی۔

فیصلے کے مطابق جو زمین ایکوائر ہوچکی اس پر کام جاری رکھا جا سکتا ہے، پورے پروجیکٹ کی پلاننگ بھی جاری رکھی جا سکتی ہے.

سپریم کو رٹ کا کہنا تھا کہ جن زمینوں کی مالکان کو ادائیگی ہوچکی ان پر کام جاری رکھا جا سکتا ہے، جن زمینوں کے مالکان کو ادائیگی نہیں ہوئی وہاں کام نہیں ہو سکتا۔

عدالت نے حکومتی اپیلوں پر فریقین کو نوٹس جاری کر دیے۔

عدالت نے مزید کہاکہ جائزہ لینگے کہ فیصلے کیخلاف انٹراکورٹ اپیل بنتی ہے یا نہیں، اگر انٹراکورٹ اپیل بنتی ہوئی تو کیس لاہور ہائیکورٹ بھجوا دینگے۔

Have you read the remarks of the SC Judge ? He is Ejaz Ehsan , well known as Ehsan Boot polishie.
