حلفیہ بیان میں لگائے گئے الزام اور عام بیان میں لگائے گئے الزام میں زمین آسمان کا فرق ہے۔حلفیہ بیان عدالت میں دیا جاتا ہے جو اگر جھوٹا ثابت ہو جائے تو عدالت کو گمراہ کرنے کے جرم میں سزا ہو سکتی ہے۔ جبکہ عام بیان میں تو کوئی سا بھی الزام لگایا جا سکتا ہے۔ عدالت اس پر ایکشن نہیں لیتی جب تک کوئی خود الزام لگانے والے کیخلاف ہتک عزت کا دعوی نہ کرے۔
Everybody is innocent until declared guilty by court. That's how law works. When judge Shamim accused ex CJ of Pakistan Saqib Nisar and a sitting judge of Islamabad High Court for conspiracy against Sharif family in his written affidavit, he should have come up with some evidence for his claims in court. Court gave him 8 months to provide evidence, he failed and now retracted his original affidavit from court. Now court must punish him for wasting courts time and scandalizing two judges of the judiciary to aid Sharif mafia
? You cannot accuse someone for doing something without at least some evidence. Judge Rana Shamim claimed in his written affidavit that he heard justice Saqib Nisar giving orders to a sitting IHC justice Amir Farooq on a phone call back in 2018 before general elections. Now phone call data is deleted after some months and the sitting judge of IHC was busy at an international conference outside the country at that time. So what evidence judge Rana Shamim had to prove ex CJ of Pakistan and a sitting judge of IHC conspired against Sharif family before general elections of 2018? If he had accused them both in 2018 when the alleged conspiracy happened, then investigation agencies could at least check phone call data to confirm if ex CJ made that alleged phone call to justice Amir Farooq. Accusing them after so many years mean there is no way to prove the charges against the judges hence the only purpose of affidavit was to malign and scandalize two judges of judiciary that are hated by Kutti Patwari league
