For quite sometime it was practised in Indonesia.
For any work you have to give Corruption money and it was legalised a proper entry used to be there and weekly equally dividedx
Pakistan should also legalise the Corruption.

It is legalized in many departments like this in Pakistan,
e.g. I heard in FGEHA urgent cases for transfer etc have double charges and extra portion is given to all employees as bonus. Regular cases takes months to process so everybody is forced to go for urgent process.
