Larger bench is for to look into the procedure of Suo moto, which apparently Isa has violated and has shown his bias.. Hopefully Faiz Isa will be grilled by these judges.

If the bench shows little courage then they should treat this unbecoming behavior of Faiz Isa in violation of his oath and contrary to the conduct of a justice of the highest court of Pakistan and refer the matter to the Chief Justice for adjudication in the Supreme Judicial Council.
