عمران خان کو مارنے کی دھمکیاں ،عطاء تارڑ کے خلاف دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج

وزیراعظم شہباز شریف کے معاون خصوصی عطاء تارڑ سمیت حافظ آباد جلسے میں شریک دیگر ن لیگی رہنماؤں کےخلاف دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج کرلیا گیا ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق پنجاب کے ضلع حافظ آباد کے ایک تھانے میں ن لیگی رہنماؤں کے خلاف دہشت گردی کا مقدمہ درج کرلیا گیا ہے، ایف آئی آر کے متن کے مطابق جلسے کے دوران ن لیگی رہنما رائے قمر نے لیگی قیادت کے حکم پر عمران کو واجب القتل قرار دیا، عوام کے درمیان مذہبی منافرت پھیلانے کی کوشش کی، مبینہ طور پر اس دھمکی کی ہدایات رائے قمر کو ن لیگی قیادت کی جانب سےموصول ہوگا۔

مقدمے میں مزید کہا گیا ہے کہ عطاء تارڑ اور سائرہ تارڑ رائے قمر کے اس بیان پرنا صرف خوش دکھائے گئے بلکہ رائے قمر کو شاباش بھی دی۔

واضح رہے کہ ن لیگی رہنما سائرہ افضل تارڑ نے ن لیگی کی جانب سے عمران خان کو واجب القتل قرار دیئے جانے سے متعلقب بیان پر معذرت کرلی ہے اور کہا ہے کہ ہم اس بیان سے کی شدید مذمت اور معذرت کرتے ہیں۔

They will ask relevant police station to arrest him. And you know what they will say ?

Under normal circumstances in a normal case police knock the door of their "Chan Makhnaa" to arrest him. But in his case as he's in a hiding in Islamabad (so called SA of Shehbaz)..... Police karwai dalnay kay leeay ISB ja'aye gee aur Melody Food Court say free kaa khana kha ker wapis Hafizabad aa ja'aye gee. Next day they will go to the court and will pray to the court for his arrest warrants. Make no mistake the case has been registered under ATC law, and by law the judge has to oblige the police issuing his mandatory arrest warrants. Once orders issued under ATC Act, no matter whatever his status is, and wherever he is in Pakistan's territorial jurisdiction he will be arrested.
He can run but he cannot hide. As simple as that.
