تفصیلات کے مطابق ایف آئی اے کی پراسیکیوشن ٹیم کا کہنا ہے کہ شہباز شریف اور حمزہ شہباز کے ایف آئی اے مقدمے میں پیش نہ ہونے کی ہدایات ملی ہیں۔

بعدازاں عدالت نے شہباز شریف کی عبوری ضمانت 27 اپریل تک منظور کرلی۔

اس پر فوادچوہدری نے تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ امپورٹڈ حکومت کے سربراہ مقصود چپراسی کو 27 اپریل تک ضمانت مل گئ۔۔۔۔ شکریہ عدلیہ

واضح رہے کہ شہبازشریف اور حمزہ شہباز پر آج فردجرم عائد ہونا تھی اور عدالت نے شہبازشریف، حمزہ شہباز کو فردجرم کی کارروائی کیلئے طلب کر رکھا تھا ، بعدازاں عدالت نے فرد جرم کی کاروائی موخر کردی۔

خیال رہے کہ آج وزیراعظم کے انتخاب کیلئے الیکشن ہوگا اور شہبازشریف متوقع طور پر وزارت اعظمیٰ کا حلف اٹھائیں گے۔
