A very brief and just answer.. Though there are many other points to reply to this question..
But i wonder.. What kind of Iman we have that we still dont understand the basics of Islam and we get entangled into such questions which themselves seem so dumb... How can one even think that anyone is praying to this structure we call Bait Ullah..

The only reason is Allah's order:
(Qur'an 2:144) قَدْ نَرَىٰ تَقَلُّبَ وَجْهِكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ ۖ فَلَنُوَلِّيَنَّكَ قِبْلَةً تَرْضَاهَا ۚ فَوَلِّ وَجْهَكَ شَطْرَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ ۚ وَحَيْثُ مَا كُنتُمْ فَوَلُّوا وُجُوهَكُمْ شَطْرَهُ ۗ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ لَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۗ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ
Verily! We have seen the turning of your (Muhammad's صلى الله عليه وسلم) face towards the heaven. Surely, We shall turn you to a Qiblah (prayer direction) that shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah). And wheresoever you people are, turn your faces (in prayer) in that direction. Certainly, the people who were given the Scripture (i.e. Jews and the Christians) know well that, that (your turning towards the direction of the Ka'bah at Makkah in prayers) is the truth from their Lord. And Allah is not unaware of what they do.بے شک ہم آپ کے منہ کا آسمان کی طرف پھرنا دیکھ رہے ہیں سو ہم آپ کو اس قبلہ کی طرف پھیر دیں گے جسے آپ پسند کرتے ہیں پس اب اپنا منہ مسجد حرام کی طرف پھیر لیجیئے اور جہاں کہیں تم ہوا کرو اپنے مونہوں کو اسی کی طرف پھیر لیا کرو اور بے شک وہ لوگ جنہیں کتاب دی گئی ہے یقیناً جانتے ہیں کہ وہی حق ہے ان کے رب کی طرف سے اور الله اس سے بے خبر نہیں جو وہ کر رہے ہ

Kabbah logo ko aik markaz pe laaney ki jagha hay, aik symbol hay, aik direction hay. Warna Allah Kabbah kay ander nahi baitha hua. Ibadat Allah ki karni hay jahaan se bhi ki jay, kabbah ki ibadat koi nahi karta na hi karney ka hukam hay. Ager aap jungle mein or aap ko Kabbah ki direction maloom nahi to aap kisi bhi taraf rukh kar kay Nimaz parh saktey.

aap apni jagha theak hein,, Magar,, aik insan jo muslim hai uss k paas ILM nahi, to uss k zehan mein ye sawaal aa jaey to iss mein BURAI kya hai bhai? ILM hasil karna knowledge bharhana kya galat hai?
agar koi non muslim kisi muslim se yehi sawaal pooch le aur muslim k paas iss ka jawab na ho to wo non muslim kya sochey ga..
