انکا بھی کوئی کریٹیریا ہونا چاہئیے ،
جو وردی سے باہر نکل رہا ہو اسکو فورس سے باہر نکال دو بھلے اسکی سروس کتنی ہی لمبی کیوں نہ ہو ، نہ کہ انکے آئندہ سائز کی وردیاں سلواتے رہو.
پولیس کو فٹ اور اپ ٹو ڈیٹ ہونا چاہئیے نہ کہ برسوں پرانے طریقے استعمال کریں........

some police officers served armed forces for 2 years then joined police, but sitting on a chair sleeping eating too much lassi n qorma, totally out of shape, practically no work most of the days, I can see the smiles on army officers faces its really pathetic these Punjab policemen, LOL
