Punjab Police Budget 115,067.223 Millions = 115 Billion Rupees

Sindh Police Budget 109,800.000 Millions = 109 Billion Rupees

If you take other provinces police budget. Police is almost taking 350 billion rupees...........which is 1/3rd or 1/4th of that army budget.

So who has stopped sindh to reform the police after 18th amendment. KPK police is better then sindh police so if army is against reforms why they let kpk reform the police?
