Use bicycles and public transport until you can afford to buy petrol or when cheap electric vehicles are available.Pakistan can produce a lot of electricity from solar,wind and hydro power plants.The majority of Chinese people were using bicycles well into mid 1990s.Now they use cars because their economy is strong and they can afford to run cars.
