For Covid we are not getting IgMs in recovered patients ..... So the question remains , if whole live virus didn’t produce immunity then how would a dead virus , attenuated virus or part of virus will ???
On top of that rat race and Russia announcing vaccine this early without extensive trials makes this whole buisness fishy and people antivaxxers ....

Serotypes. Mutations in the virus create many types which can be detected by serology or studying antibodies in the blood (serum). Depending on the type, some are more infective, more resistant, prevalent in an area so you know if it spreads from there to other areas.

جب سے پاکستان میں کرونا کا ڈرامہ شروع ہوا ہے، ہم پہلے دن سے ہی ان کے جھوٹ کا پردہ چاک کرتے آرہے ہیں۔ آئیے آج آپ کو کرونا سے متعلق چند حقائق سے آگاہ کرتے ہیں۔

حکومت پاکستان کی طرف سے جاری کردہ اعداد و شمار کے مطابق اب تک پاکستان میں تقریباً 22 لاکھ کے قریب لوگوں کے کرونا ٹیسٹ کیئے گئے ہیں، جن میں سے تین لاکھ سے بھی کم افراد میں کرونا وائرس کی تشخیص پائی گئی ہے۔ اور ان میں سے تقریباً 6 ہزار افراد اس بیماری سے جاں بحق ہوئے ہیں، اور تقریباً 2 لاکھ 70 ہزار کے قریب افراد بغیر کسی ویکسین کے خودبخود ٹھیک بھی ہوگئے۔۔۔ کیسے۔۔؟

اگر ہم سادہ حساب کریں تو 20 لاکھ ٹیسٹ میں سے تقریباً 3 لاکھ افراد کے ٹیسٹ پازیٹو آئے، اور تقریباً 6 ہزار افراد مر گئے۔ اگر اس بیماری سے مرنے والوں کی شرح نکالی جائے تو وہ صرف2% فیصد بنتی ہے۔اور 98% فیصد صحت یاب ہوچکے ہیں۔ اس سادہ حسابی فارمولے کو پاکستان کے 22 کروڑ عوام پر اپلائی کیا جائے ، یعنی 20 لاکھ ٹیسٹ میں 6 ہزار اموت، تو اگر 22 کروڑ کے ٹیسٹ کیے جاتے توتقریباً 6 لاکھ اموات ہونی چاہئیں کرونا وائرس سے۔مگر اموات تو صرف6 ہزار ہیں۔21 کروڑ 80 کا ٹیسٹ ہی نہیں کیا گیا اور نہ ہی ان میں سے کوئی اس بیماری سے مرا۔اس کا کیا مطلب ہے۔۔۔؟ بیماری تو پورے معاشرے میں پھیلی ہوئی تھی، ٹیسٹ کرائیں یا نہ کرائیں لوگوں کو تو مرنا چاہیے تھا؟

حیرت انگیز بات یہ ہے کہ صرف اموات انہیں میں سے ہوئیں جن کا ٹیسٹ کیا گیا اور جو ہسپتال لائے گئے۔اور وہ افراد جنہوں نے ٹیسٹ مثبت آنے کے بعد خود کو اپنے گھر میں قرنطینہ کرلیاوہ حیران کن طورپر بچ گئے، یا پھر کوئی شاذ و نادر ہی موت ہوئی ان کی۔آپ نے کبھی سوچا کیوں۔۔۔؟ وینٹی لیٹر کے غلط استعمال ، طبی عملے کی لاپرواہی اور ادویات کے ری ایکشن کی وجہ سے بھی پوری دنیا میں بہت اموات ہوئیں۔

اب آتے ہیں ایک اور نقطے کی طرف۔

اگر معاشرے میں ملیریا یا ٹایفایڈ پھیل جائے ،تو چاہے آپ ٹیسٹ کریں یا نہ کریں، بیماری کی علامات ہر بیمار شخص میں واضح نظر آتی ہیں۔ مگر کرونا کے معاملے میں ہمیں عجیب ہی منظر نظر آتا ہے، تقریباً پونے تین لاکھ افراد میں تو کوئی ظاہر علامات ہی نہیں تھیں، وہ مکمل صحت مند تھے، مگر ان کا کرونا ٹیسٹ پازیٹو آگیا۔اس کی بہترین مثال پاکستان کے وہ کھلاڑی ہیں جن کے انگلینڈ ٹور سے قبل کرونا ٹیسٹ مثبت آئے۔
اب آتے ہیں بیماری کی طرف۔

کرونا ایک طرح کا فلو یا زکام ہے۔یورپ اور امریکہ میں ہر سال لاکھوں افراد فلو یا زکام سے مرجاتے ہیں۔سال2018-19 میں صرف امریکہ میں زکام سے تقریباً 34 ہزار اموات ہوئیں۔اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ مغرب میں لوگوں کا مدافعاتی نظام بار بار فلو ویکسین لگوانے سے اتنا کمزور ہوچکا ہے کہ وہ لوگ زکام سے ہی مرجاتے ہیں۔جبکہ پاکستان میں فلو یا زکام سے شاید ہی کوئی موت ہو۔ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ پاکستانیوں کا مدافعاتی نظام فلو اور زکام کے خلاف بہت مضبوط ہے۔اگر کسی کو فلو ہو بھی تو وہ صرف گھریلو قہوہ یا جوشاندہ پی کر ہی ٹھیک ہوجاتا ہے۔ یقینا پاکستان میں بھی ایسے افراد ضرور ہونگے جن کا زکام کے خلاف مدافعاتی نظام امریکیوں کی طرح کمزور ہے، اور وہ اس وائرس کا مقابلہ نہیں کرپائے۔ لیکن 6 ہزار افراد میں سے ان کی تعداد چند سو بھی نہیں ہوگی۔ کرونا سے مرنے والوں کی اکثریت دوسری قاتل بیماریوں کا شکار تھی۔اور یہ بات خود وزیراعظم کے معاون خصوصی ظفر مرزا نے کہی ہے کہ کرونا سے مرنے والے افراد میں سے 74% فیصد افراد باقی خطرناک بیماریوں کا شکار تھے۔یعنی 6 ہزار اموت میں ساڑھے چار ہزار افراد دیگر بیماریوں کا شکار تھے اور ویسے ہی مررہے تھے۔

اب آتے ہیں کرونا کی میڈیا تشہیر کی طرف۔

پوری دنیا کے میڈیا نے چیخ چیخ کر اس امر کا پراپیگنڈہ کیا کہ یہ بیماری سب کو کھا جائے گی، خوف کی ایک فضا قائم کردی گئی، یہاں تک کہ بہت سے افراد نے کرونا کے خوف سے خودکشی تک کرلی۔اٹلی اور ایران کے حالات کی غلط رپورٹنگ کرکے ایک خوف و ہراس پھیلا دیا گیا، لوگوں کو گھروں میں محسور کردیا گیااور کاروبار زندگی مکمل طور پر تباہ ہو کر رہ گیا۔

جب پاکستان میں 2 ہزار کرونا کیسز تھے تو ہمارا میڈیا صبح شام کرونا کرونا کا راگ الاپتا رہا، ملک میں مکمل لاک ڈاﺅن تھا، عوامی حلقوں میں شدید خوف و ہراس پایا جاتا تھا،اور کاروبار زندگی مکمل طور پر مفلوج ہوچکا تھا، آج جبکہ ملک میں تقریباً تین لاکھ کیسز ہیں تو نظام زندگی بالکل نارمل چل رہا ہے۔۔۔؟ کبھی سوچا ہے کیوں۔۔؟
اب جبکہ کرونا کی” پہلی لہر“ پاکستان میں پوری "شدت" دکھانے کے بعد گزر چکی ہے، ہم یہ واضح طور پر دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ پی سی آر ٹیسٹ کس قدر جھوٹ اور غلط تھا۔ ملک کی چند لیبارٹریز نے اربوں روپیہ کمایا ایسے غیر اعتباری ٹیسٹ پر کہ جس میں 95 فیصد لوگ مکمل صحت مند تھے، جنہیں کرونا پازیٹیو کیا گیا۔درحقیقت کرونا ایک مکمل طور پر نفسیاتی جنگ تھی پاکستان اور دنیا کے خلاف۔انتہائی تکلیف دہ اور تشویشناک بات یہ ہے کہ پاکستان کا پورا ریاستی نظام اس سازش میں شریک تھا، یہ ان کی حماقت بھی تھی اور بدنیتی بھی۔ لیکن سچ یہ ہے کہ مرکزی اور صوبائی حکومتوں تک، سب اس دہشت کو پھیلانے میں ملوث رہے۔باوجود اس کے کہ پوری دنیا سے ہزاروں بیدار اور صاحب نظر افراد نے خطرے کی گھنٹیاں بجائیں۔ کرونا کے ٹیسٹ پر سوالات اٹھائے گئے، بیماری کی علامات پر سوال اٹھائے، لاک ڈاﺅن کی پالیسی پر شدید تحفظات کا اظہار کیا گیا، مگر حکومت اور ریاست نے کسی کی ایک نہ سنی۔

انتہائی شرمناک بات ہے کہ تمام طبی اصولوں اور ظاہری شہادتوں کو نظر انداز کرکے اندھا دھند، اندھے گونگے بہروں کی طرح بل گیٹس اور ڈبلیو ایچ او کے مبہم احکامات پر عمل کیا جاتا رہا۔ اور قوم کو دہشت میں مبتلا کرکے نفسیاتی مریض بنادیا گیا۔کروڑوں افراد کو بے روزگار کردیا گیا، کاروبار تباہ کردیئے گئے، نظام زندگی مفلوج ہو کر رہ گیا، مساجد بند کردیں گئیں، تعلیمی ادارے بند کردیئے گئے اور نوجوان نسل کے مستقبل اور دین کی جڑ کاٹی گئی۔

اب پاکستان کی ریاست، حکمرانوں، میڈیا اور دانشوروں کو سنجیدگی سے اپنا احتساب کرنا ہے۔جن کمینوں نے کرونا کی ”پہلی شدید لہر“ لائی تھی ابھی ان کا کام مکمل نہیں ہوا، شنید ہے کہ محرم کے بعد پاکستان میں کرونا کی ”دوسری لہر“ لائی جائے گی۔بل گیٹس جیسا جانور حیران ہے کہ پاکستان میں لوگ کیوں نہیں مرتے۔

کرونا جلد یا بدیر ختم ہوجائے گا۔ مگر اس کے آفٹر شاکس انتہائی شدید ہونگے۔ پوری دنیا میں کروڑوں انسان بھوک، جنگوں اور فساد سے مریں گے۔ دنیا کے 65 سے زائد ممالک میں بغاوتیں یا معاشرتی فساد پھوٹ پڑے ہیں۔ خود امریکا شدید ترین نسلی فسادات کے دہانے پر ہے۔لاک ڈاو¿ن کی حکمت عملی نے پورے پورے معاشرے، معیشت اور ملک تباہ کر دیئے۔ ایک معمولی سے زکام سے لڑنے کے لیے یہ بہت بھاری قیمت ہے۔
جب یہ احمق اپنے "سمارٹ لاک ڈاون" کو کامیابی کی دلیل اور کم اموات کا سہرا خود لیتے ہیں، تو میں پاکستان کے مستقبل کے بارے میں انتہائی فکرمند ہو جاتا ہوں۔ اس قدر خطرناک حد تک جاہل کوئی کیسے ہو سکتا ہے؟ ایک بھی سنجیدہ فرد نظر نہیں آتا۔

میں ایک دفعہ پھر خطرے سے آگاہ کر رہا ہوں۔ آثار بتارہے ہیں کہ یہ دس محرم کے بعد ”دوسری لہر“ کا ڈرامہ شروع کرنے جا رہے ہیں۔ پھر وہی لاک ڈاون، و ہی چہرے پر کتا ماسک، وہی سماجی فاصلے، وہی مساجد کی بندش، وہی اسکولوں پر تالے اور وہی جعلی پی سی آر ٹیسٹ اور وہی میڈیا پر ابلاغی دہشت گردی۔۔۔ تیار رہیے۔۔۔!!!​

محترم، انتہائی مودّبانہ طور میں اس تحریر سے نصف اتّفاق کرتا ہوں۔ کرونا کا مرض ایک حقیقت ہے، لیکن اس میں ڈرامہ بھی ہے۔

میرا خیال تھا کہ زید زمان حامد صاحب چونکہ جنگی تجزیہ نگار ہیں تو شائد اس مسئلے کی اصل حقیقت سے آگاہ ہونگے۔ فورتھ جنریشن وارفئیر سے تو یہ بخوبی واقف ہیں، لیکن اس کے بعد کی جنریشن پر شائد انکی گرفت اب وہ نہیں رہی۔

میرے ذاتی خیال کے مطابق، یہ جنگوں کی چھٹی نسل، یعنی سکستھ جنریشن ہے۔ اس میں بائیولجیکل ویپن کا استعمال شروع ہو چکا ہے۔

ڈرامہ اس سارے تماشے میں یہی ہے۔ وگرنہ صرف اعداد و شمار کرنے کی بجائے اگر زید صاحب کسی سرکاری ہسپتال میں خود بیٹھ کر ان مریضوں کو دیکھتے، تو مجھے یقین ہے کہ انکی رائے مختلف ہوتی۔ ​

You have to read carefully about the scientific basis of this disease. How many serotypes are you have to see and then their virulence capacity. Pakistan got more than 9 serotypes, people may have Corona but may be got no symptoms. We naturally achieved herd immunity. If you don't know you have to read very critically and carefully.
Hunderds thousands got positive but due to different strains, their virulence, innate immunity and so many factors are there to cope this menace. Government has nothing to do with this. Govt warns and tries to provide medical facility as much as possible. But qurantine at govt level is not the solution. Imagine you got this disease and you have to stay for 14 days in isolation ... It's practically not a good idea. self quarantine I'd the good one if anyone got symptoms. Its a stupid idea to waste money on tests, why not giving to this money to unemployed people.....
Resurgence is very important if there are continuous mutations with more severe symptoms..... It's a long story if seriously I've wants to write.
Paly your own role, try to be positive and let other people to be careful. It's not finished yet.

Yes, it needs to be seen, since there are people who have been sweating while sweeping the dirt of WHO under the carpet.

Mutations in live attenuated virus is more probable than the injectable IPV . Perhaps that is why we have seen a ban on the use of such oral vaccines in US and UK, long time back. Now, its anyone's guess...
