Ask Government to send Maryam back to jail to complete her 7-year jail term.
She is not an accused, but a convict. Currently, she is on an indefinite bail. It is the responsibility of the prosecutor (Punjab and Federal Governments in this case) to file an application in court to get her bail cancelled. She was given bail to take care of her ailing father. Since her father didn't avail any medical treatment over the past 12 months (and court has already accepted this in the case in which it has declared Nawaz absconder). So, the basis of her bail no longer exist. If government does not object on the continuous bail of Maryam, Court will think it, by default, that prosecutor has no objection on the bail. Court will never cancel her bail or anyone else's bail at its own.
