Do we need Section 144 through Suo Moto? Politics Vs COVID-19

These days shan't we make a plea to the Chief justice of Pakistan to apply section 144 through Suo Moto action as a pro bono publico measure against these political showdowns?

We are yet to see the second wave of COVID-19 and isn't it against the welfare of the public to call for such political gatherings?
Adding insult to the injuries..... these gatherings are being called up by Imran Khan, who boasts about his Govts performance against Corona and such gatherings are also called upon by Bilawal Zardari, who was not ready to open Karachi in the Lock Down days.....

I think that these Political shows are not in the welfare of the Public of Pakistan and any serious politician should refrain from calling up his followers to such a gathering, where the chances of spread of the disease are deliberately increased exponentially.

Only Imran is the real fighter in PTI. He was the only person in Pakistan who fought against MQM and altaf when the whole country including army was sitting in altaf's lap.
