Rather he is reading it quite well. It is the technical and formal nature of the sentences which have hindered its flow. His "adaegi: of various "harf" is better than what we often observe in many well educated Punjabis. for exanple, Governor Sarwar speaks several words wrong in normal Urdu conversation.but no one raises objections.
