Per constitution it will be difficult to ban JUIF, but yes definitely the State should consider banning Herkat ul Ansar (their danda bardar force) the main culprit. JUIF is a political party and enjoys Constitutional protection.
If TLP registers itself as a political party then it will have to abide by all the laws governing political activities. If they keep on doing what they are doing right now then they should never be allowed to carry on and MUST be banned once and for all.
