Yes this was a well known news at the time that he was sent by BB with a list to appease her counterpart Rajiv.
BB also removed all signs of Kashmir house in RWP when Rajiv visited Pakistan-I am a witness to the sudden absence of those signs since it was on my route to work every day.

Sheikh Rasheed alleged AA of this. AA took him to court and SR had to pay fine and apologize for lie.
Aitzaz Ahsan has clarified many times that Pakistan Army doesn't ask civilians if they want to do such operations.
And BTW, I am not a PPP supporter but if Bhuttos are traitors, please enlighten us on how the "brave" 70,000 prisoners of war could return to Pakistan? If it wasn't for Bhutto, the 'brave' army men would still be India being a source of daily embarrassment for us. Modi would be parading them around on every election, and we couldnt do anything but fume.

It was China which had told Bhutto in no unclear terms that if Bhutto did not take the initiative to get those 40,000 personnel (90,000 is a wrong figure to exaggerate the credit) then China was going to take it to UN and Bhutto agreed reluctantly. That is why a delay of close to 2 years.

True that. Then Russia kidnapped Bhutto and forced the Pakistani leader to write on Rs. 200 stamped paper that he'll ask the Pakistani soldiers back.:lol:

The matter had been with UN since 1971. China did not recognize Bangladesh till 1975, but that was it.

Benazir had given them herself to Rejew Gandhi. Its all on record. He must hv been involved too. This whole class has never been sincere with Pakistan and never will be. These are tawaifs, only know money.

لیکن یہ سوال پوچھنے سے پہلےذرا میرے چند سوالوں کا جواب دو کہ ان 90 ہزار فوجیوں کو بھارت نے گرفتار کیوں کیا تھا؟
یہ فوجی کیوں لڑرہے تھے؟
کس کی حکومت کے لیے یہ لڑ رہے تھے؟
سیٹیں تو مُجیب نے زیادہ جیتی تھیں تو بھٹو کیوں اسے حکومت نہیں دے رہا تھا؟
بھٹو نے جتنے بھی کام کیے ہیں وہ اسے سرزد ہوئے ہیں اس نے کیے نہیں ہیں خواہ آئین کا بننا ہو یا ایٹم بن کا کام شروع کرنا اور یا فوجیوں کی رہائی ۔
اگر وہ 90 ہزار فوجیوں کو رہا نہ کراتا تو کیا وہ انہیں انڈیا کے پاس چھوڑتا ؟
