Canadian universities are very expensive & its very hard to find a job being student there. So make sure that you have enough funds to cover the cost

Brock University is in St. Catharines near Niagara Falls and they have one campus in Hamilton.

Yes indeed. But students can also apply for scholarships. As far as job is concerned you might be eligible to apply student work permit of 20 hours a week after 6 or 12 months from starting your bachelors. The limit of 6 or 12 months is set by CIC officer which processes your study permit after your first landing at Canada as a student.
