these is a very astute difference between freedom of assembly and movement allowed in constitution and breaking of Article 6. Ik is doing what he is doing does not come under article 6 but under democratic rights of a party. all others in the pics come under article 6 and should brought to justice, tried and if found guilty be punished as required by law of the land.

Article 6 is very precise and you are very vague, so be specific and stop assuming about article 6. and the democratic right under the constitution, of a political party.
