Well I don't have to because I am earning in UK and paying my taxes here already.
It’s the law of Pakistan my friend, as long as you are a citizen of Pak, laws apply in you. They won’t ask you to pay tax, just should get registered. It will save you money in buying selling property as you will not pay non filer tax range and in opening bank accounts
