Jahil beghairat saab if you are not familiar, all judgements of a Pakistani high court are in English and it is the lingua franca of the courts. And if a Chief Justice of a High Court English skills are as poor as can be seen in the video then the how hell will he give his judgement in a language he's not even fluent in?????

Dumb assess who don't know that Germans, French, Swedes and Norwegians aside, in every country in the world, the official language in use is spoken by office holders. Dumb assess also don't know that in Pakistan, public dealing eg in hospitals, courts, etc might be done in Urdu/Punjabi/Sindhi/Pashto/Balochi/etc but the notes are jotted down in English. Our official lingua franca.
