OGDCL operating in Karak is pestered with locals puncturing their pipelines to tap gas illegally, I have visited the area .. so much can be done , like plantation, small scale irrigation, problem is people just vent their frustrations but when you call them to participate in community projects they run away ... as in almost all cases in Pakistan
