Ok the news is not about financial corruption. Its about 1 single posting but trying to portray like there were dozens of such incident.
Now having said this PTI Govt. should look at the report and clarify/ratify the issue.

PTI must explain this... if any wrongdoings are found then culprits must be punished... Though pti is better among all other parties however, black sheeps can be anywhere... Particularly CM Khattak is a very corrupt person and pti will get a bad name because of him. write this down somewhere and u will see in the future unless IK take a strict action.

The news says OFFICERS, but the report is mentioning only one officer's appointment. Exaggeration by the channel....

عمومی طورفیلڈ آفیسرز سیکرٹریٹ میں تعنیات اپنے جونیئر آفیسرز کو رپورٹ کر رہے ہوتے ہیں.
there are different cadre/service groups and an officer belong to a specific service group can get promoted or hold a post only against those seats/posts which are reserved for this service group e.g a doctor can not be promoted against a post vacant in PMS/ general administer cadre. likewise officers of Prison wing belongs to a different service cadre while officers in secretariat belongs to general administration cadre i.e PMS/Ex-PCS/DMG or may be an officer on deputation.
P.S: ya there is only one service group whose officers can get promotion against the posts reserved any service group and this group is DMG, the mafia of civil service in Pakistan. aka civil establishment ;) .
and the last word here in punjab civil secretariat a number of junior officers i.e of 18th grade are working against the posts of 19th grade. this duffer must visit punjab civil secretariat as well.

Why these Aala Afsaraan are not taking the legal route? They have forum available to register their case. I will be more interested if they do not get any justice from any quarter. That will definitely be criminal thing for PTI govt. in KPK. Please update us on this post, after some time.

This report is a joke.
A) Its one position, not many as the impression is being provided by pro-PPP DAwn.
B) The qualifications of the person appointed is not being validated, just that he is working one level above his grade.
C) There is no alleged corruption being discussed, just an appointment above rank.
In the absence of evidence of corruption (even alleged pattern, past or present), this actually shows that the PTI government is serious about bringing meritocracy to our bureaucracy by promoting people who deserve to be in that position and not just because someone is senior.
They really have to try harder if this is all they can find.. And if this is all they can find, PTI stands validated even more.
