Death rates (deaths per 100,000 people) in Scandinavian countries (BBC, 1 Jun 2020):
Sweden 44
Denmark 10
Finland 6
Norway 4

Death rate (or deaths) is the main measure of success used by most countries. In Scandinavia, Sweden has the worst death rate, hence its response can hardly be described as a success.

Death is the ultimate reality. The aim of healthcare providers is to keep humans healthy in their productive life and provide support in old age so the transition to next life is easy. Death comes and cause of it is not old age. It has to be something, cancer, heart attack, respiratory infections, accident, war etc. So swedish model of managing this pandemic is more natural and realistic.

BBC and Woldometer death rates are the same; BBC figures are per 100,000 people whereas Woldometer figures are per million.
