Kashmiris need to wake up and stand up for their rights no one from outside will come and hand it over to them. Bhuran was the perfect leader behind which the Kashmiris could have stood up behind and things would have been different today. But they were too busy living in "peace and coexistence" with India back then and left Burhan alone to fight the fight.
That's why right now I am apathetic to the Kashmiri cause. Aaj india ne bund mein ugal di hai to phir roh rahe hai, kal ungal nikal di toh they will go back to "living in peace and coexistence" with India again.
They are happiest when they live under hindu rule. Even before partition Kashmir was the only Muslim majority state that was ruled by a Hindu
