It should in fact be made mandatory for the heads of government departments, Generals, judges, and politicians to have their assets made public every year.
They get paid from the tax money and if they accumulate assets using their position or power then they must be held accountable.
My kudos to whoever did this.

because dont want competition in corruption, it will cut into their profits.

Corruption is only allowed for the top elite.
no competition from the lower class.

And what repercussions did doing that bring upon these generals and judges?
Declaring assets without being answerable for dependent spouse and minor children is a chutiapa that can only exist in a banana state like Pakistan.

The justification of wife and daughter in law asserts are satisfactory. Good that they are paying taxes on properties and not keep the money on their employees name.
