I am sure the agencies intercepted something big, because this is not normal. If they were just going to protest .. it has happened before many times but this time the reason seems to be big.

this is just an eye wash, you people will see they will again challenge gov. writ after few days. i dont know why government dont take some serious steps to finish such behaviour once for all by giving such culprits some serious punishment.

They are poor people. Will not get bail in 6 months or even 2 years.
Who ever is arrested is finished. He will be paying his debts for another 10 years. The cost of judicial process is too much. People are paying 5k to 10k to police when they are arrested for not wearing mask.

They don't get acknowledged for preempting a big calamity, but get blamed for being negligent or incompetent in case of a big incident!!!

You are wrong here. Courts give immediate bail if government takes back the cases against the accused. In the past, it has happened, at least, three times (2017, 2018, 2020) that TLP workers were arrested but every single time they were released within a week or two because government took back cases as a result of agreements with TLP. Even now TLP will ask government to take back cases and government will oblige them in order to save its Brelvi votebank in Punjab. Remember that government is muddaee in cases against state.

This time scenario is different. Government has announced to ban TLP. It has been published on all foreign Media aa well. Government can't take back the decision now. If TLP is banned it will be very unlikely that these guys will get pardon.

Let’s see. Fingers are crossed. Don’t underestimate the powers of Bushra Bibi. Then, there are few federal ministers who are supporters of TLP. BTW, publishing in international media doesn’t matter much. Pakistani government can always find middle ground. That is, keep ban on TLP as a party but withdraw cases against their workers/goons. State pardon will not end ban on them as a party. These are two mutually exclusive things.

WOW how ill informed are you !! This has happened in past by others but they did not get a BAN that quickly. When the reaction is abnormal there is always a cause of that reaction.
