We have all heard of stories of ghost employees in schools and hospitals. Thousands of govt employees take full salary and benefits but do private jobs in during duty hours. we can complain about lack of facilities, furniture, equipment etc but all govt offices are full of peons and sweepers and yet govt buildings are so dirty.

biometric system is a basic but effective tool used by private sector to manage payroll. Finally a govt hospital in kpk has linked employee salary to the time on duty. This will save millions of rupees which can be invested in medical equipment and other departments. Also those doctors who do their duty well should be happy now because their absent colleagues whose work they had to perform will now have to do their jobs correctly.

At the same time haram khor and parchi employees will be in big trouble. They should find another job or start planning protests.
