Why even make a comparison between a homeless person on drugs or a genuine poor person?
As far as Ehsaas program, they both should be given a meal if hungry and a place to stay the night.

If we had a patriotic media then this Ehsaas program would have been taken as an example to show the positive imagine of this Govt. and to give awareness about Riasat-e-Madina..

Hain? US has a poverty rate of more than 10%! Pakistans rate is about 25%.

I just wonder how some one can be poor in America when all unemplyed people get unemplyment benifits.A family of four get over 4 k a month unemplyment benefits,thats more than the sallary of PAK PM.

Unemployment benefits last for 6 months max...that too is dependent on one proving they're actually searching for a job.
Druggies and panhandlers on the streets don't get any financial benefits...only shelter, that too in severe weather...that too in rat infested motels

Benefits paid fortnightly untill u get the job,homeless people also get different kind of benefits.
You r comparing a country that has to borrow one billion to return the loan of other coutry to the country that spend three trillion to ease off the burden of crona virus.
