بالوں کی جگہ اگر پوچھتے کہ کتنے گنجے ہیں تو میں جواب دیتا؟

ویسے بال بھی دو ہوتے ہیں اور گنجے بھی دو ہیں

Theres a picture making its way around social media asking the question How many balls? You may have seen it a cartoon pyramid of colorful orbs with the subtitle 95% People will get this wrong. At first glance, the puzzle seems simple, but if you dig in there are some leadership lessons to be gleaned.
Lets first talk about the popular answers for the question, and for the sake of not going too far down a rabbit hole, Ill stipulate first I do not know the actual solution and second the circles drawn in the picture are indeed balls (even though a ball is three dimensional and this drawing is flat) and there are 16 of them readily visible a common, face value answer. What you see is what you get. Digging a little deeper, you could argue the pyramid is a three-dimensional shape with some hidden balls: 16 on the 44 base level, then 9, 4, and 1 for a total of 30. But what if the pyramid is hollow? Then youd only have 12 on the base, then 8, 4, and 1 for a total of 25. These are the most common responses, but what if its actually triangular (20 balls)? What if theres some unseen support thats not composed of balls?
There are too many What Ifs for anyone to be able to offer a definitive answer with the information given, but as leaders we live this puzzle every day. Everyone can see the 16 balls on the outside. Thats the public image of your entity. Its colorful, its diverse, its neat, and has stability. But whats supporting the structure? If even one of the underlying balls shifts, the entire stack will collapse. The visible balls are the things that are often delegated and maintained by others in the group, but its the job of the leader to work to take care of the unseen balls. The leader must have clear understanding of what these balls are and how they affect the overall structure, even if nobody else ever sees them or knows they even exist. What are the threats? Where do opportunities lie? Which balls are in danger of failure? What should be done, and whats the action timeline? Its the dirty work of being a leader that ensures the stack stays stacked.
The popular answers to this puzzle also ignore the 17th visible ball. Go ahead and look at the bottom of the uppermost pink ball. You see it? Theres a tiny black ball cleverly disguised as shading. That tiny black ball goes un-noticed by nearly everyone, but a good leader will see it. Its the dark little details that the leader has to recognize and take care of, even if he does them himself.
Finally, what does 95% People mean in the subtitle? Is it a typo? Broken English? I prefer to take it at face value. To me, 95% People are the ones who miss the details, who ignore the underlying issues, and who do not take the time to consider all options. They are not leaders. I choose to believe we are teaching the extra 5% needed to turn 95% People into 100% Men.

Depends if it is three sided pyramid or four sided and second if you are counting all balls or color of balls.... Give the variables and answer will be there by the way we can say someone has balls
