Buying a car is never easy specially when you don't have prior experience and going for the 1st time. but it can be done wisely by following some simple steps mentioned here. Following these steps can enable you to make a good purchase.

Need:

Identify your need, what exactly do your want and for what need you want it? what are your priorities? your need will define what kind of vehicle suits you and is ideal for you that can satisfy your need.

Budget:

Once you have defined your need, then comes the budget part, this is the most important part in buying anything, your budget is your money range you can play in and do experiment with in. market has availability of different vehicles ranging from low price and cheaper affordable quality to high price outclass quality depending upon your pocket.

Market Survey:

To buy the vehicle of your choice you must be actively looking for places where such cars are bought and sold. and do comparative analysis of the price trend of the chosen vehicle from different outlets and sources. An easier way to buy a car is to log in to leading online buying and selling websites like Carmudi.pk and Pakwheels.com. Choose among hundreds of used Car models in your city and get connected to the seller in an instant. Browsing website's marketplace, you will also have a good idea of the market trend.

Market Trend:

To avoid paying more than the worth of the car, you should be aware of the market value of the car model you are eyeing at. for example Corolla is a highly competitive car and dominates the Pakistani automobile market, the prices of certain models are similar with most sellers. A dealer selling it for more than the market value is not a reliable seller and should not be preferred. Do a comparative analysis of the prices of the vehicle of your choice from different sources and outlets and see who is giving it for better price.

Purchase:

Once you have done all the required homework and gathered all the information you needed to buy it, its now the time to make a purchase.

Inspection:

before finally buying a car your need to examine it well for the technical things and for its looks, damages, and flaws if any. if you are good with cars you won't be reading this tutorial since you are not very good at it make sure you take some friend along who has some fair experience with all this.

1) Paint , Damage, Looks

The best time to examine the car is daytime. Going for a used car means you should check the touch up. Though, it’s not bad to buy a repainted car, but in our markets, it sells at a low rate. You can check it by tapping the body with your hand, the sound produced of the original paint and the repainted car is different. Inspect the doors to see if they close firmly and also check the car’s roof for any major dents in order to confirm if it was previously involved in a roll-over accident. In case the Corolla is repainted or repaired, you can negotiate the price with the seller. It is a good practice to have a body-work expert examine the vehicle for you.

2) Examine Interior

Obviously, you don’t want your car with torn out seat covers and lots of wear and tear. The mileage on the odometer and the condition of the interior must correspond.

3) Checking the Engine

If the seller has admired his vehicle he would have kept the engine area clean. A dirty engine tells the car is not well maintained so you have to be extra careful. One mistake here and you will have to take regular trips to the mechanic for repairs. mindfully test drive its performance

4) Examine Controls

Check all the controls of vehicle including headlights, wipers, air conditioner etc. If you notice significant fall in engine functioning, know something might be up.

5 ) Examine Breaks

Sprint the car on an empty road (rare to find here) and hit the brakes hard. If the car veers off right or left, understand that the brake calipers are not tied up. Apart from it, there should be no shuddering and the brake pedal must not sink to the floor.

6) Tires and Chassis

Car tires are the only means of its contact with the road, so they are prone to great wear and tear. If they are cracked and damaged, minus their price from the deal. To examine the chassis of car, my suggestion is to lie down and evaluate if its rusty and damaged. If it is, stay away from it. Not an expert in this field, ask a mechanic to do it for you.

Bargain:

After all the inspection is done, bargain the price according to the condition of the vehicle. and do it as smartly as possible minus the amount of any extra work that needs to be done on the car from what the seller has demanded.

Registration Transfer:

Get all the documents of the car registered to your name properly.

A Word of Advice

So, you have found the perfect car for yourself, now is the time to negotiate the car deal. If you follow the above mentioned tips carefully, I assure your next Car buying venture would be hassle-free and beneficial for you.

Reading it sounded like an essay format written for a high school and not an actual process. Hopefully criticism will be taken up positively.

Sorry Dislike got accidentally pressed.

There are multiple aspects which need to be checked. None can check all at one time. Then there are certain aspects which vary buyer to buyer. It is all about what U can compromise and what not. And more often than not the champions/experts get the worst buy. Check the major things like condition of the body, floor, joints/seals, genuine interior, accident or not. Don't go over scrupulous for painted body or minor touching.

Good post but that is not all from which you can buy a used car because there are many thing which are repaired or tempered so you need some other tricks to check them. Car interior accessories and condition can never tell about how its driven. Sometimes they do but not in every case. So be careful while you purchase a car.
