Is 5th Chief Secretary and 7th IGP the solution?

PM Imran Khan is not satisfied by the performance of Chief Secretaries and IGPs in Punjab hence changing after every four months on an average.
He must not be satisfied unless he finds the best performer as less than two years are left.

SURELY, it is the prerogative of the PM to whom he wishes to appoint with frequent intervals. Even he can change them on daily basis as the law permits him to do so but the changes can only be justified if the targets will be achieved.
Using prerogative without achieving the end results will always be severely criticized at the end of five years.

A performance report of the Ex 4 Chief Secretaries and 6 IGPs must be made public.
Let the people know why and how they failed to achieve the targets.
Will it be possible for the new appointees to reform the institutions within the given time?

All the prayers for PM Imran khan to reform the society.

For me PMIK must realize that there are no chances to find a performer like Mr Buzdar in Punjab Police and in civil administration.
Buzdar is trying his level best but when it comes to reforms in police and beurucracy he has not much to show.

When you rule a country or a state it becomes a colony of yours and you a king, same goes with Punjab and shareef. It’s not easy to find a single fair clean man in Punjab who can run according to IK ideology, they are so used to shareef dynasty that they can’t do otherwise.

Institutional Reforms kahan tak puhanchi?

Agar reforms kar li jati to itney bandey change na karney partey shayad.

also the Bureaucracy is so lethargic and corrupt and PML-N has its claws so deep in it that nobody is able to implement the reformist agenda of PMIK and then they have to go.

Can PMIK make Mr Buzdar head of Shoukat Khanum Hospital or VC of Namal University?

No, please, Khan spent many years of his life on these two institutions, If I say that these are only two achievements of his life other than 92 world cup.

Patwari follower: If one see's no progress he changes. the quality of good officers and good politicians is very poor in Pakistan. Nawaz and Zardari never use to change any one because there target was corruption not progress or reforms.
