Of course, railway network was built pre-partition - except for charsadda/mardan section, and a Kotri -Attock alternative line and a dual line from riawind-lodhran. . After independence. major lines/network was built in East Pakistan. Further Pak replaced whole narrow gauge with broad gauge +added electric line - have about rebuilt all network anew with huge investments.
