Latif Khosa alleged that the Punjab government was involved in Shahbaz Taseers kidnapping.


The PPP workers staged protest in different cities across the country against the kidnapping of Salman Taseers son Shahbaz Taseer. The protesters demanded early recovery of Taseer. They termed Taseers kidnapping as a failure of the provincial government.

Punjab Governor Latif Khosa alleged that the Punjab government was involved in the incident.


While PPP leader Raja Riaz said that Molvi Shahbaz was visiting other province to teach peace lesson but he should implement it first in its own province. He stated that the provincial government had completely failed to maintain law and order in the province, therefore the CM should resign.

If a person has some mischievous activities and refuses security offered by the state then this cannot be called totally punjab govt's fault ... 2ndly just him being taseer's son mean he should be safe and if not then whole punjab govt is failed but what about the life and property of you and me ...? do we are any lesser citizens of this country then shahbaz taseer ?? where were raja riaz and party when every day murders and kidnappings are taking place in punjab ... but now they are out of the roads cause there a life threat to a person from elite club... if these politicians can be this worried for a person of their club ... when we poor people of this country will stand tall for each other...

If Punjab Govt. is involved in this case, then PPP is involved in all the killings and kidnappings in Karachi! Can this ***** tell Zardari the same thing?
