Ghulam Moyiuudin Dewan is a Law Maker of AJK. He lives in Lahore and had a business there. He has been elected multiple times from Lahore as a member of AJK assembly with the votes of Kashmiris living in lahore.
Interestingly this gentleman has also competed against Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in NA 124 by polls, as a candidate of PTI but lost. He also lobbied for GE 2018 but was not declined.
He won the AJK elections again in July 2021 from Lahore with 2,325 votes and took oath as Minister. His excellency is still residing in Lahore and performing his ministerial duties online via Zoom.
He is still campaigning his head hard for a win in 2023 GE as a candidate of PTI.
What the hell YANNI? Why he was given the ticket in 2018 by elections if he was AJK Law Maker? Why he is made a Minister when he is not even a resident of AJK? What selection criteria is PTI following?
By the way an AJK resident can compete in Pakistan elections but Pakistani residents can not take part in AJK elections until unless he is a kashmiri. What is this???

Apart from the fact that in post Covid era meeting in virtual is the way ahead, which clause of AJK constitution mandates its representative to attend every session in-person?
