My views on Judicial commission report! RIP Justice.

I hope you all are fine.

Is this a joke or our respected judges following Hamza Shahbaz's corruption theory? According to the commission's report "An election could potentially be organized in an unfair manner but may still represent the overall mandate of the election." Actually judges are trying to say that, if Nawaz Sharif looted 1 billion of public money then it may not effect overall national treasure so NS could not be declared as a corrupt PM. Whoa! Salute to our judges thinking.

Here everyone is corrupt. Now how we can trust these judges who are living in luxurious houses and enjoying protocol. Now i request Mr Raheel Sharif please give us justice now. Seriously we want china type revolution, hang all these corrupt politicians, corrupt judges and corrupt journalists if you want a prosperous Pakistan. Thank you!

This result can be viewed in the following ways:
1. The Judges are corrupt also.
Or
2. The PTI has the most lousy bunch of lawyers who can't argue their case even if their lives depended on it.
And
3. Imran Khan said he will accept Judiciaries verdict. He once again spoke too soon and now either has to backtrack or begrudgingly accept his loss.

My Money is on point number 2. The PTI simply do not know how to be Legal Sharks. Just like Imran Khan is inept in giving speeches and follow throughs, the PTI legal team is just as incompetent at winning cases. Too bad for PTI fanatics. tsk tsk.

عمرانی بچوں کو رونا دھونا چھوڑ کے اپنے لیڈر کی طرح کمیشن کے فیصلے کو تسلیم کر لینا چاہیئے ، عدالتی فیصلے کسی کی خواہش پہ نہیں کئے جاتے ۔ شہادتیں اور گواہیوں کو مد نظر رکھ کر کئے جاتے ہیں ۔ 2 کروڑ کا حفیظ پیرزادہ تاریک انساف کے رونے والے بچوں سے زیادہ عقل مند ،با خبر ،قانون کی سمجھ بوجھ رکھنے والااور تجربہ کار ہے ۔ عمران خان کے دعووں میں کو ئی جان ہو تی تو کمیشن کی رپورٹ تاریک انساف کے حق میں آتی ۔ اس فورم کے تاریکی جغادریوں اور دانشوروں کو ٹھنڈے دماغ سے سوچنے اور سمجھنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ جن لوگوں پہ الزام لگائے گئے وہ عمران کے خلاف عدالتوں میں جا چکے ہیں جہاں تاریک انساف کے وکیل جان چھڑا رہے ہیں ، ابن الوقت ،منافق اور کرپٹ بابر اعوان عدالت سے تایخیں مانگتا پھر رہا ہے۔ کمیشن کی رپورٹ آنے کے بعد تاریکیوں کی فرسٹریشن سمجھ میں آتی ہے مگر ناصر الملک جیسے دیانت دار اور بہترین جج پہ جانبداری اور کرپشن کا الزام انتہائی افسوس ناک اور قابل مذمت ہے ۔

We heard a lot about the word "Organized Rigging" in the recent Inquiry commission report about the rigging in election 2013. It concluded that they did not find any "Organized Rigging" in election. However, the report itself is full of the the things which they described as"irregularities" such as:



1. Massive missing of form 15 from the bags, which is the requisite document to prepare election result

2. Missing of election bags in different constituencies

3. Broken seals of a large numbers of election bags

4. Stuffing of garbage and dirt in the election bags

5. Non availability of voter lists in large number of bags, which is essential to verify, how many votes were polled

Let's see what is defined by the word Organized in English language:



Planned

Prepared

Controlled



Now can anyone explain that all the above noted so-called irregularities can be carried out without any of the above meanings of "Organized" or it is just happened without the knowledge of concerned quarters?

It is oblivious that all of the above was planned, prepared and controlled to get desired result.

Is there any doubt now that these election were full of "Organized Rigging"



But our blind judiciary can't see these simple things, as they don't want to expose the corrupt Maffias in Judicary (Returning Officers), who were main part and parcel of this massive "Organized Rigging"

Let's continue to expose these elements together and get rid of this corrupt system and strive for the establishment of Dean Islam, which is the only way of survival of mankind. Ameen.
