The problem is that Misbah and Waqar both have thick heads and very high Ego. They both have stalled/destroyed careers of alot of promising players during their time as Captains and coaches just because of their ego. Remember What they were doing with Sarfaraz? it took a huge public campaign with PKs slogan "Sarfraz dhoka nahi dega" to get him into the team and then into the playing 11. They both were fixated on shitty wicket keeping of Akmals.
Same goes for Fawad Alam.
There might be more, I just know about the two of these.
