I would say it could be a reason, there is a possibility to go soft on ppp as the face of ppp is bilawal who himself not facing any serious charges. if establishment has any thing to offer to this mafia then it will come out very soon but till then u need to wait. but i dont see that coming as Pakistan cant afford the thugs a single day on the helm of affairs.

Nawaz has been informed by British home office that it would be difficult to allow him in UK for indefinite period of time… only option would be if Nawaz could prove that deportation from London would put his life in danger in Pakistan.
Political asylum in UK only be possible in the case of above scenario.
Now to portrait that he could be Hanged in Pakistan, there should have minimum one FIR against Nawaz from the Govt of Pakistan on the charge of Sedition, treason…which is anti State conspiracy & activity & punishable by Death sentence.
That all Nawaz wants… & he has instructed all his patwaris to create perfect storm so much so that govt would be compelled to file a case against him.
Establishment & Govt knew it very well & they are not gonna put steps in Nawaz's trap.
Dozens of (40 to 50) MNA & MPA from Noon League are already in touch with Govt.
Because of that, with less number, no confidence motion in parliament is not possible… and by only dharna no one could topple a legitimate govt unless blessings from Establishment. … which is next to impossible.
Govt & Establishment both are playing their game very smartly… first they have successfully projected PMLN as an anti establishment & pro Indian party which has financial & moral support from India.
Ayaz Sadiq's Abhinandan episode, Nawaz's past Modi connection and Indian media's pro Nawaz propaganda has helped the narrative a lot. In fact so much so that not only PMLN are losing people support but leaders are leaving the party.....That is the triumph of PTI politics.
Next, govt & establishment has successfully pulled out PPP from Nawaz's personal anti COAS & DG ISI agenda. Even Diesel Maulana was pushed on the back foot. Division became apparent among senior leaders in PMLN & Diesel's party, which is a sign of the beginning of the end of PDM.
All of us should be very very careful because International enemies are exploring all possible options they are helping with finance & other support to our internal enemies to create an environment where both Govt & Establishment fall flat, so that CPEC & Nuclear assets of Pakistan could be compromised.
But nothing to worry...after a long while the country is in safe and capable hands...
