Only oil rich Gulf states are happy(petrol dollars and small populations).All other Arabic speaking countries are not in good shape.Their economies are not growing.Unemployment is very high in these countries.The west broke up Sudan and created South Sudan for the Christian population but people of South Sudan are a lot worse now then when they were part of Sudan.Civil war between different groups and corruption has ruined South Sudan.There is a lot of oil in South Sudan but it has not benefited the people.
