Iran has become a new mouthpiece for India after the fall of Ghani regime.
Before Ghani and his Government was playing in the hands of India but now
Iran has replaced Afghanistan and has become Indian mouthpiece.

India has lost almost everything in Afghanistan but Iran still have some of its assets in Afghanistan.
Now It looks like Iran is going to sublet its assets to India in Afghanistan.
Iran may establish a new Indian network in Chabahar or elswhere to encircle Pakistan.

Now the question is how Pakistan is going to counter Iran?

Your concerns are very valid pertaining to Iranian shenanigans viz a viz Pakistan for the last 42 years.
Although all the counter intel divisions of our intel agencies are keeping a microscopic watch on Iranian and Indian activities against Pakistan's sovereignty but the best bet would be to double or triple our efforts to complete the fence along entire Pak Iran border as soon as possible and then implement stickiest biometric visa management system thru the 2 border crossing points. There should not be any other crossing point other than these two points. Only X numbers of "zaireens" on the working days during Pak government's office hours be allowed after strict verification. Zero Entry or Exit over the week end.
These 2 measures alone would play a significant role in bringing down terrorism in Baluchistan and else where in Pakistan. Pakistan must tell Iran in unequivocal terms that from now on there will be a Zero Tolerance for any terrorists infiltration into Pakistan via Iran.
Additionally, its high time now to sit down with the Saudi's and the UAE to talk about the future plans viz a viz CPEC and most importantly the US's removal of the Missiles Defense Systems from Saudi Arabia.

Iran will not side with India. Firstly India releationship with Iran deterioted since modi govt, also India is close with US.

Secondly China factor. China and India are against each other, China and US are also against each other. So it makes no sense for Iran too side with India.

It seems fake news, Inshallah Iran and Pakistan relationship should get stronger.

As for Iran allowing subletting there assets in Afghanistan too India, Taliban will not allow it, neither would Russia and China. Doubt that will happen as of now.

Irans asshole is now sealed shut, if they try to harm Pakistan they lose potential chinese investment which they desperately need. Harming Pakistan harms CPEC which would upset China (the only major power that can help iran due to their stupid mullahtocracy making them a global pariah). It's only Pakistan who can host millions of Afghans but Iran will kick on all those asses who are living in Pakistan but have their loyalty with Iran. First they should consult with Iran if they are ready to host them.
