There shudn't be any reserved seats coz that attracts a lot of corruption. If they need to have a women quota (which by the way, should not be as high as 33%), that should be spread into larger constituencies. Those seats should only be for women and then they fight elections. The current way has made corruption (of all types - whether money or some other dirty things) into play.
