What do you guys think, who should be in team and who should be rested? I guess Azhar Ali should sit out and fawad Alam should come in with Shan Masood or Shadab as captain.

In any type of a game one team is a winner and the 2nd one looses the game. I always see the game in that spirit. Hypothetically speaking,..... under Azhar's command if the team inflicts an innings defeat to the opponent then what will be your stance??

team is good but the useless captain needs to be changed.
In the middle of the series i don't think it is a wise idea to replace captain. But they should decide role of Shadab, if he is meant to be a part time bowler only, then no point in keeping him in the team. This is a test match not ODI or T20. Either get a specialist bowler or a batsmen.
