You got that right, the country was suffering from a cancerous tumor by the name of Nawaz Sharif and infection PMLN virus hence the country was suffering from inflammation, but when it got too much the cytokine storm kicked in and eradicated the PMLN virus and Dr Imran Khan surgically removed the tumor called Nawaz Sharif.

Since the decades passed the cancer had spread to every organ of Pakistan the healing process is long and slow, there is still remnants of the PMLN virus the central punjab organ due to too much consumption of donkey meat but medicine is working slowly.
