اغوا کرنے اور گِرفتار کرنے میں فرق ہوتا ہے۔ کل کلاں کو اگر کوئی دہشت گرد، چور اورڈاکوؤں کو گِرفتار کریگا۔ تب بھی بھئی یہی کہہ رہے ہونگے کہ دہشت گرد، چور، اور ڈاکو کو رینجرز نے اغوا کر لیا ہے۔
اغوا کرنے اور گِرفتار کرنے میں فرق ہوتا ہے۔ کل کلاں کو اگر کوئی دہشت گرد، چور اورڈاکوؤں کو گِرفتار کریگا۔ تب بھی بھئی یہی کہہ رہے ہونگے کہ دہشت گرد، چور، اور ڈاکو کو رینجرز نے اغوا کر لیا ہے۔

yes there is a difference between arrest and kidnapping, arrest is made public and is taken to the police station, not undisclosed location, arrest is also after producing warrants and charging for some crime after the proofs of crime, after arrest the suspect is produced in the court of law/megistrate immediately
this is a clear cut case of kidnapping for ransom
arrest is not made by kidnapping someone returning from jummah prayers transfering him to undisclosed location so he can be tortured to fake confession and so he can be extracted some ransom money before getting released? :)

rangers should just shoot these pi.gs... they have destroyed karachi n killed innocent ppl in thousands...i still remember that ramzan when every day MQM used to kill 10 to 20 pp...every single day... bohot logo ne bad dua di hogi....
Allah in ko is dunya aur os dunya dono me zaleel or ruswa karey....

Proof tou court mein hota hai aur jub evidence ho tub arrest hota hai n they dont have ti disclose evidence jaha tuk baat warrant ki hai pls tell me how do u know they dont have any??

rangers should disclose the warrants, FIR and the eviences on the bases of which they are kidnapping the guy to the media and the evidences since rangers like to come to the media and be a media prostitute :)
there are even more complications in the procedures and you simply can't arrest any guy from the corner of the street
arresting without proper procedures is nothing but kidnapping and rangers have admitted to their kidnapping for ransom :)

you are right in your definition but it doesn't work in Pakistan. Here we are fighting with very dangerous blood thirsty enemy. Do they offer same rights to their victims which they are claiming for themselves?
it is war and the rule of the way is different, as long as they do not hurt innocent people it is small price of cleansing our society. By the way I myself know someone (not from MQM) his been "missing" with his two sons. First they "Kidneped" (means undeclared arrest). The after one month pocked him with 2nd son). Knowing something about him though I believe he has pro Taliban openin but do not believe that he was involve in militancy. I still want give Rangers benefit of doubt and trust that he would release if found innocent.

i think you are an idiot to assume, if something is not challenged in court, the illegal action becomes lawful?
MQM has challenged all of worker disappearance in the court coupled with illegal unwaranted action, did rangers stop? they didn't appear in court proceedings?

If you challenged in the courts then what is the decision of the courts???

Courts are fcked up in pakistan so better don't Trial anyone in court. Just find criminal find the crimes and shoot them .
