Rehman Malik likely to Face Removal

ISLAMABAD: Powerful Interior Minister Rehman Malik is likely to get the boot, well placed sources told the Arab News here Wednesday. Malik will be eased out of the federal Cabinet after he was alleged to have worked discreetly against Pakistans interests. He has been accused by former Home Minister of Sindh from ruling Pakistan Peoples Party, of "working on an agenda that leads to Pakistans dismemberment.

Malik is involved in several graft cases and is out on bail to discharge his duties.According to the sources, President Asif Ali Zardari has decided in principle to get rid of Rehman Malik as he has become a political baggage after serious allegations levelled against him by a senior party leader Zulfikar Mirza."

They were of the view that absence of Interior Minister in the crucial late night meeting chaired by Zardari was a clear indication that he would be relieved of his job. As regards his future role, sources privy to these developments said that at the most Malik might be appointed as Pakistans ambassador to France or United Nations.

Traitor should be punished not awarded.He should be brought to justice by somoto action
from Chief justice.This would be a relief for the people of pakistan.If u give another
important portfolio of ambassader he might be more dangerouse and can work freely against
the interest of the country.Sacking and deseated him from sanate thats the only solution.

you guys have the mail address of the SC, sent e-mails to the CJ and request him to take another suomoto action or include the issue of Rehman Malik leaving the country in the action he has already taken to look in to the troubles of Karachi.


SC has to investigate if Rehman Malik was working for foreign powers to break up Pakistan, if he is, he should be charged for treason, and either given a life sentence with no parole and life meaning life, never getting out of the jail or another option is gallows, allowed in Pakistani penal code. But traitors should never be allowed to get out of Pakistan, if you already have the inforamtion, it should be investigated properly with restrictions on his movements.
